Its name translates as “muddy water”, by proximity to a small lake with a color quite turbio.El Mayan archaeological site of Coba is located about ninety kilometers east of Chichen Itza and forty northwest of Tulum, has a extension of just over 70 square kilometers and a network of 45 roads (or sacbes) communicating to the various sets of the site, and other smaller communities who may depend on their domain. Coba is the tallest pyramid you can climb to the Yucatan Peninsula, the views from the top are breathtaking.
After the guided tour in Coba, we enjoy a typical Yucatecan food buffet in front of the lagoon that gives name to the archaeological site.

The second longest coral reef in the world is here, in the Riviera Maya. In Tulum you can enjoy this reef, its life is incredible. This coral reef is located a few meters from the coast and its waters are low. We can observe, multitude of goldfish, manta rays and with a high percentage of possibilities, sea turtles. In addition, the colors of the coral reef attract attention for how diverse they are. In this activity you use as a transport a boat for a few minutes and we will have the possibility to enjoy a panoramic view of the archaeological zone of Tulum from the sea. This activity lasts approximately one hour.
